What is your return policy?

Since Bumble Plants sell rare and exotic plants, we do not accept returns on plants. However, if the plant is damaged or arrived dead, we will refund your purchase only with the submission of an UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE within 24 hours of receiving the package (providing not due to the negligent of the postal carrier or buyer). We cannot review any cases without the video of plant unboxing as proof.

If plants arrive in a damaged condition due to postal carrier delay or negligent, we will work with you to file a claim.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Will I receive the exact plant in the listing?

Yes and no.

  1. YES ---- you will receive the EXACT plant in the listing ONLY IF there is a specific name attached to the plant. For example, our Philodendron Pink Princess or rarer plants are unique and only one of a kind available. In this case, we will showcase the video or pictures of the exact plant you will receive. You will need to choose the exact plant you'd like to purchase by name, add it to the cart and check out. You will receive the exact plant in this case.

  2. NO ---- you will not receive the exact plant in the listing IF it's stated that you will receive a similar pot that is similar in size. This applies to listings with no options to choose from, mostly our less rare plants vs. our rarer plants that might have names attached to each unique pot. The picture of the plant in the listing is for reference and for showcasing only. However, we can ensure you will receive a perfectly healthy plant with the same size or sometimes bigger, depending on your luck and what we have in our greenhouse!

 All plants are shipped in its grow pot. Ceramic planter pots are not included unless stated otherwise in listings. 

 

My plant arrived dead. What should I do?

First, don't panic, we are here to help. You can reach out to us with the video or series of pictures of the unboxing to receive a replacement or a refund. You can reach out to us under "Contact".
