Lovely but struggling a bit

This plant is lovely and beautiful, but arrived with some leaf damage and has very thin stems that aren't able to hold up the leaves that are there just yet. It was zip tied to some sticks in the middle holding things up so after a repot and water, hopefully will start to see it perk up!
